We make every effort to display our products (handmade soaps and attars) as accurately as possible. Since our products are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, shape, weight, or fragrance intensity between batches are natural and not considered defects.
All prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are shown separately at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (name, address, contact details) is accurate and complete. We accept payment via Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment (UPI / Debit / Credit Card) through our payment partner, Razorpay. An order is confirmed only after successful payment (for online orders) or successful placement (for COD orders).
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, if payment was already made online, a full refund will be issued.
