Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at +91 9654327842 or newdexindustry@gmail.com with your Order ID. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns

Because our soaps and attars are personal care / hygiene products, we are unable to accept returns once a product has been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons. We only accept returns in the following cases:

• You received the wrong product
• The product arrived damaged or broken during transit
• The product was defective on arrival

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

3. Refunds

Once a valid return/cancellation is approved:

• Online payments (UPI / Card via Razorpay) are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
• Cash on Delivery orders that are cancelled before shipping do not involve any refund, since no payment was made

4. Non-Returnable Situations

• Change of mind after the product has been used or opened
• Minor natural variations in colour, shape, or fragrance (normal for handmade products)
• Damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery
